Other Particulars To Be Maintained In The Register Of Workers Or employees
In addition to the particulars mentioned in Sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Act, the Proprietor shall have to mention following
particulars in the Register:-
(a) Date of first appointment, designation and address of the worker or employee.
(b) Date of birth of worker or employee
(c) Nationality of worker or employee
(d) Name of his/her Department or Section
(e) Particulars regarding leave
(f) Particulars regarding other facilities
